Our Story
Built on property, driven by results
I started Concept Investment Properties in 2024 with a straightforward proposition: apply professional rigour to residential property investment in the East Midlands. I'm based in Derbyshire and I focus exclusively on the regions I know best — buying undervalued stock, running high-quality renovations and delivering properties that tenants want to live in and investors are proud to hold.
The model is grounded in BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance). I source properties below market value, run comprehensive renovations to a consistent standard and refinance to recycle capital — so investors can participate in more deals over time. Every project is treated as a business case: assessed on numbers, managed to budget and reported on transparently from start to finish.
In a short time I've built a track record that stands on its own numbers. Over £470,000 deployed across four projects in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, with a 26% return delivered on the most recent flip. I'm growing carefully — taking on new investor partners selectively and always putting quality before volume.

I've worked across every part of residential property investment in the East Midlands — sourcing deals, running renovations, managing lettings and refinancing. That operator's perspective is what I bring to every project: I know what goes wrong on site, I know where the real numbers land once costs come in, and I know how to protect an investor's capital through the process.
I'm personally involved in every deal from first due diligence through to final handover. Every investor who partners with Concept works directly with me — not a sales team, not an account manager.
